You can make money if you are a fast typist or if you have spare time when reports and essays are most likely due. What is going to help you the most is ‘having’ the latest word processing software with a good dictionary.  A printer and paper is also going to be needed so you can print out those reports for your customers and students you are working for.

How are you going to make money? You can charge per word, per page or per report. You have to be careful that some people don’t try to take advantage and get you to actually write their reports, as this is a whole different set of prices!

You can find your clients in the school you are attending, in nearby schools, through the newspaper, online and even in the colleges or associate colleges near you. Reports and essays are also completed by businesses. If you have taken a class in typing or word processing you may even be able to get a few of these type customers as well.

Advertising in the local schools by placing ads on the bulletin boards, in the school newspapers or you can find work by word of mouth. Advertising in laundry mats near or on the school, in the school dorms, and on the bulletin boards in libraries will help you find additional work as well.

Be sure to collect payment while delivering the product so that you have your money when the report is needed!
