What you need to do is find out when events are happening near your home. Keeping track of when these events are going to happen you can make huge signs and charge for people to park in your yard, in your garage or in the field behind your house. You can make anywhere from two, three or ten dollars per car! Fast money without having to do too much work.

On your sign, make it clear that you are selling parking spaces, and how much the charge is.  Sometimes when people are coming to events they are on very limited funds, other times they don’t care and just want the best spots in the lot.

On your sign or along where people are going to park you need to include something along the meaning that you are not responsible for any damages to cars, you are not responsible for anything left in cars and that vehicles are parked at their own risk.  Using these statements on your signs, you will not be held responsible, and people are more careful about what they are doing while they are parking in your lot.

You will need some type of change when you first start accepting vehicles for an event. After you have a few cars in your lot you will need signs if you are full. All money for parking in your lot should be collected before the car is permitted to park that way no one can park without paying ever.
