Sell coins

Do you have a knack for sales and like to collect coins? You can make money buying and selling coins in various places and with different people around your town. At first, you may find this may be one of your more difficult methods of raising money but after you find who is interested in collecting coins, and you learn more about how much coins are really worth, and your find sources of getting coins, you can make money and have fun at the same time!

What you need to do first is to make a listing of where your local coin shops are. Visit them and learn about what types of coins are most popular. Purchasing a book with photos and prices in it will help on your quest to make money.

Keep your listing of coin dealers, as this is where you can sell off old coins when you really need money and cannot find a personal buyer. Along with this listing of coin dealers, you are going to have to make a listing of where you can find, get, trade, or buy coins without spending too much money.

Some of these places are going to include shopping centers (where you can ask to see if they have any ‘good’ coins you can purchase from them), yard sales, junk sales, flea markets, and just about anywhere else where money is exchanged for goods and services. Becoming friends with cashiers will help in your quest for different types of coins. You need to keep your coin price book with you when trying to identify good coins that you want to collect. This will help you from paying for a coin that might look interesting but really it isn’t worth any more.

What is good about getting coins from local stores and such, is that you are going to pay 1 cent for a penny that could be worth four dollars or you could get a silver dollar worth ten dollars but you only have to pay a dollar to get it from that store!
