Sell artwork

Do you know many people that are artistic or maybe you have a flair for art yourself? You can sell artwork and make money while doing it. There are actually a few ideas on how you can pursue this angle if you are interested in this job.

First, if you know many people that are able to draw, paint, or sculpture, you can set up a show, advertise your show and sell their work while you are having a show. You will need to set up a flyer showing all of the work that will be displayed and what the prices are, but a well-advertised show could be something that you can do weekly or monthly and make good money.

For either of these ideas you are going to need space, a hall, a room, a free place that you can set up and take down all of the stuff that is going to be for sale. You can find good deals in basements of churches or schools as well.

Another idea in selling art work is that you can create the show, have the hall ready and in the weeks before you can invite all types of artists to come in and show off their work where they will make money. You are going to make your money by charging for the space and the advertising that you do for the show. Spreading the word and getting lots of people to show up will be a key in success but if you keep doing this every month or every week more and more buyers will come, and the sellers will keep paying you the fee to be involved.

Whichever method you are going to use to sell artwork, don’t forget home many different types of art there is. You have music, musical instruments, paintings, drawings, photographs, the supplies that artists use, sculptures, metal work and so much more. Involving a wide range of people in your art show you will find buyers will spend more money!
