Where can you set up shop? You can set up your foot massage shop anywhere that you think you can get people to stop. You might have to get permission but you could do this on the street as a vendor, you could do this in the subway, in a hair salon or from your home. You could do this in other people’s homes, if you live in an area where your parents allow you to go to these other homes.

You should be able to give massages that will last about fifteen minutes. You can charge anywhere from five dollars to twenty dollars for each session.  You should have each person receiving a massage sign a release stating that you are only giving a massage to relieve tension or stress and that they realize you are not a medical doctor or state that you are giving any type of medical advice. Make some type of statement that you are providing entertainment foot massages only without any type of warranty or guarantee. 

What you are going to do is give your customers a quick foot bath, a soaking for about five minutes in water and vinegar. The warm water will relax them and the vinegar does wonders for softening the skin. Dry off their skin with a towel and apply lotion or oil to the feet. Rub firmly or as softly as your customer would like and continue to move your thumbs over the bottom of their feet and your fingers over the tops of their feet.

Advertise in the local papers, by setting up shop in a hair salon, or you can advertise with flyers and business cards that you ‘pass out’ and hang up.
