Who is going to pay you to do this? Businesses in the town or city are going to pay you to do this, either by the hour or by the hundred flyers that you put out. The more time that you have the more advertisements that you can spread out across the city. Working in a team with a friend will help you cover more ground.

You should make up a flyer, stating that you are willing to do this service during certain months of the year, or year around. You will need to go door to door at businesses in the city and offer this service. You could mail out your flyers but this will cost money. Going business to business, owners will get to talk to you face to face and will be more likely to hire your services.

You can make more money if you are willing to make up the flyer and print off the flyers for the business. This could cost a lot more money than you think if you are printing off a few hundred flyers, so be sure to include this in your over all pricing for the advertising for the business.

Some homeowners will tell you not to put the advertisements on their door again, and others will be very happy to see the coupons that you are delivering. Often homeowners will not even know you are putting something on their doorknob so you don’t have to worry about running into a lot of people while out on your business advertising route.  You do want to let someone know where you are working daily or at very least take a helper along with you.
