Baking cookies If you are willing to donate a portion of your sales to a charity, you can advertise that you are raising money for this charity and find even more people that would be willing to purchase your cookies for this event. Adults that don’t have the time to bake cookies often will purchase homemade cookies from someone who does have the time – these are just a few ways that you can sell your cookies! You can advertise in any store front, with flyers that are sent out bulk mail, in the newspaper, on special news event on television and by word of mouth. Making up cookie cards, that include your phone number, email address, and possibly what dates of the week that you deliver, you could pass these out in the mall, in store fronts, or just to everyone that you meet to increase business. You will need to pick out what type of cookies that you can make and stay within a budget so your sales will exceed your expenses. Be sure to write down what ingredients you use and give a copy of this sheet to any person that you deliver to so that they can check in case they are allergic to any ingredient. This job is for the young adult who is capable of using the stove responsibly. Creating packages where you buy two dozen and get one free, you will increase your sales especially during the holiday seasons! More Ideas to make money |
